LOCATION: The training will be held at the Maritime Institute of Technology, 5700 Hammonds Ferry Road, Linthicum Hts., MD 21090. Telephone (410)859-5700. It is in the Washington, DC area and fifteen minutes by cab from BWI airport.
TRANSPORTATION: Fly into Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) or take AMTRAK to the BWI stop located between Baltimore and Washington. The MARC commuter train from Baltimore or Washington also stops at BWI and costs less. From BWI take a cab to the Maritime Institute. The fare will be between $8.00 and $10.00.

TIMES: Please arrive for registration between 9:00AM and 9:45AM on Monday, November 17th. The training will begin promptly at 10:00AM. We finish at 1:00PM before lunch on Friday.
COST: Tuition and room/board is:
- Private room with Monday arrival $1,250
- Private room with Sunday arrival $1,400 (includes Sunday dinner and Monday breakfast)
- Double room/per person with Monday arrival $1,060
- Double room/per person with Sunday arrival $1,160 (includes Sunday dinner and Monday breakfast)
- Commuting from home but eating lunch with the group $850
- Commuting from home but eating lunch and dinner with the group $954
Full payment is due November 2nd. Make check payable to Midwest Academy.
ACCOMMODATIONS: There are bathrooms, televisions, phones and phones for e-mail in each room. Linens are provided. This site is substantially more comfortable than our usual sites and hence more expensive. You may commute, but we encourage everyone to stay if possible. If you intend to arrive Sunday, please tell us in advance.
MEALS: We share our meals in the dining room. The Conference Center will do its best to accommodate special diets if you inform the Midwest Academy staff at least two weeks in advance. Vegetarians - please let us know!
OTHER: Bring a notebook and pens. Guitars and other musical instruments are also welcome for nighttime recreation.
FREE EVENING: Wednesday evening is unscheduled. In past sessions, groups have gone dancing, joined events at local organizations, or thrown parties. The group will decide how it wants to spend its free evening.
