Paul Booth Rising Leadership Project

The Paul Booth Rising Leadership Project
is dedicated to supporting and strengthening
emerging leaders as agents of progressive social change.

Working through three organizations that Paul cared deeply about — the Midwest Academy, Restaurant Opportunities Center United, and Jobs With Justice — the Project will create training, internships, mentoring and guidance for emerging leaders. We are asking for your support as we honor Paul’s legacy and support rising leadership in our movement.

One of the best ways we can honor Paul’s legacy of mentorship and his commitment to developing a power-building strategy for justice is to create support and leadership development paths for workers and organizers who are on the frontline of fighting for social justice.

Projects will focus on taking existing leadership, members and organizers to the next level, to help people build long-term careers in the field, whether in community or labor organizing. The development of the mentorship program is still being developed, but if you are interested in receiving more information about becoming a mentor, mentee, or donor fill out this form.
