TIMES: Please arrive for registration between 9:00AM and 9:15AM on Wednesday. The training will begin promptly at 9:30AM. The Training will conclude at noon on Friday, before lunch.
COST: Tuition and room/board:
Commuting $900 - For additional staff from the same organization the cost is $750 person.
Full payment is due May 15th, 2012 . (Checks payable to Midwest Academy include your registration form with your payment).
OTHER: Bring a notebook and pens to take notes. A laptop will be needed for the training.
